For most common documents, our standard turnaround is 1–2 business days from the time we receive your original document.

Same-Day and Express Service
If you have an urgent deadline — a visa appointment, a flight, or a district office visit — we offer same-day express service for most standard documents.
To qualify for same-day service:
- Bring your document to our office before noon on a business day
- The document must be a standard type (passport, certificate, affidavit)
- Complex or lengthy documents may not qualify for same-day completion
Express service carries an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
What Affects Translation Time?
Document Length and Complexity
A single-page birth certificate takes far less time than a 20-page legal contract. Technical documents — medical records, engineering specifications, financial statements — also take longer because they require specialist terminology.
Language Pair
Thai–English and English–Thai translations are our core service and are completed fastest. Less common language pairs (Russian, Chinese, Japanese, German, French) may take slightly longer depending on availability.
Notarisation Requirements
If your document also needs notarisation by a Notarial Services Attorney, this adds time to the process. In most cases, notarisation can be completed on the same day as the translation, but it is best to let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly.
Ministry of Foreign Affairs Legalisation
If your document needs to be legalised at the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) in Bangkok, this is a separate process that typically takes 3–5 additional business days, plus travel time to Bangkok. We can advise whether this step is required for your specific situation.
Tips to Speed Up Your Translation
1. Come prepared with the original document. Translating from a clear original is faster and more accurate than working from a photocopy or photo.
2. Tell us your deadline upfront. If you have a specific appointment or deadline, let us know immediately so we can prioritise your order.
3. Check requirements in advance. Before coming in, confirm with the receiving authority (embassy, immigration office, district office) exactly what format and level of certification they require. This avoids the need for revisions.
4. Bundle your documents. If you have multiple documents to translate, bringing them all at once is more efficient than coming back multiple times.
