2. Our Services

We provide certified translation, sworn translation, notary public, document legalisation, marriage registration assistance, and related document services for individuals and businesses in Pattaya and throughout Thailand.

All translations are performed or supervised by qualified, certified translators. Notary services are provided by a licensed notarial services attorney (ทนายความรับรองลายมือชื่อ) in accordance with Thai law.

3. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are provided based on the documents submitted and the services requested. Prices are subject to change without notice until a written quotation has been confirmed.

Rush or same-day services may incur additional fees. Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed upon before work commences.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash (Thai Baht), bank transfer, and other payment methods as communicated at the time of service.

For large or complex projects, we may require a deposit before commencing work.

5. Document Submission and Handling

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and legible documents. We are not liable for errors in translations arising from illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate source documents.

Original documents submitted to us will be returned to you upon completion of services. We do not retain copies of your documents beyond the period necessary to complete your order, unless required by law.

6. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We will make every reasonable effort to meet agreed deadlines. We are not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control.

7. Accuracy and Liability

We take professional care to ensure the accuracy of all translations and notarial acts. However, we cannot guarantee that translated documents will be accepted by every authority, institution, or country, as acceptance criteria vary.

Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all documents and personal information submitted to us with strict confidentiality. We do not share your documents or personal data with third parties except as required to complete your service or as required by law.

9. Intellectual Property
